My wrist hurts when I put pressure on it

My wrist hurts when I put pressure on it. I Didnt do anything to it. I was watching my mom play the computer and went to lean back on my wrist and I did but I had to sit up because it shot a sharp pain in my wrist. That would last for a minute after I took the pressure off of it. what should I do?
