in nov of last year , i started (w/o any injury )to hurt. i had joint pain and especially in my elbows and numb/tingling it ebbed but still have joint pain i had no cycle jan, feb, mar, april and may lst i started i went to dr. and was told perimenapause....is the joint pain part of that???
