my foot is swollen and sore

i got up this morning and my foot hurt so bad i had to limp all day at work and when i got home it was swollen it is hurting so bad and its crazy because i diddnt do anything to make it sore i am very active i exercise 5 days a week and i walk alot should i go to the doctors

Black spot on my fingernail

Hi. I`m 33 yo and have a problem with my thumbnail. There is that black spot on my nail and don`t know what it is. My dermatologis thought that it was maybe some sign of a nail fungus, but the test was negative. It`s not painful or itchy, but looks ugly. What could that be?

Hi. I like long nails but have noticed that they tend to bend inward. I`m 29 yo and don`t know how to correct that problem. I`m a healthy person and I don`t think that the cause of my bent nails is a lack of some vitamin or stuff like that. What to do?
