pain in under left breastbone, taking actenol could this be related

I take actenol for bone density, I have resently experiencing pain under breast bone, stomach bloating, pain in abdomen shooting down leg when bending over. I have had IBS for over 20 years. Could this just be a flare up or should I be concerned about the actenol?
