How to make my chest properly symmetrical? even my abs are uneven

i have the same problem if u wl get ne ideas or doctor or ne kind of help or way...just tell me i've d same problem in chest and same reason as like u..even my abs are not coming cause of one side chest bone is too much out than otherside. so pls reply
