tipped pelvic bone cause of hip pain?

For 5 years now I have had sometimes excruciating pain while walking. Had many xrays, doc says nothing wrong, not even arthritis. Now I find out from a naturopath that my pelvic bone is tipped. He adjusted me, but 3 weeks later right back to the same problem. Can you give me more information?
