Hello,
I need advice. I am a secretary and mostly (eight hours daily) I sit on my job and type. Work is very monotonous and lately problems are occurring. I feel pain in my back, especially under my right shoulder blade. I am exercising as much as I can, but I think this is not enough. So I was thinking about chiropractor or massage. What do you think? Will that help me? What is better?

Hey there,
I am certain that will help you. I have my own masseur (I go there once weekly) and I feel great. I am also in office most of the day, so I definitely need some stretching. Both are good, chiropractor and masseur, depends on what you want. If you really feel pain, maybe it is better to visit chiropractor and then later masseur. Try it, you’ll see you shall enjoy it. I understand my massages as a relaxing part of the week. I go there, I talk nothing, I just lay down on the table and being massaged…uaaaa…blessing.
