I slipped while goofing around doing a very ridiculous stretch. (a tricep press on the counter, 4' high, with my legs on a refrigerator, 7' high). My arms swung through a rapid full forward rotation and i managed to land on my feet and hands, saving my coccyx from taking intense impact as well....

concern with shape of my sternum

I'm a 17 year old boy and have for as long as I can remember had an odd shaped sternum, or more precisely, an odd shaped xiphoid process. It seems to go further into my chest/torso than appears normal, and I am wondering if anyone has a similar thing and if it's anything I should be worried about.
