Recurring pain in upper right arm in one spot only

Recurring sharp pain in one spot (always same spot) in upper right arm. Take potassium - if potassium is low, could that be causing the pain or what could be causing the pain. Not every day but sometimes more than once a day.

lump on mastoid bone

Hello everyone! I noticed a lump on my mastoid bone a while back. My daughter keeps telling me I need to see a doctor but I haven't done so yet. I can't be bothered, really, and I am worried about some horrible, time consuming treatment. Does anyone here know what this is? It's not dangerous, is it?
