left shoulder hurting

i was walking as i trip and my left shoulder hurts i think i must have pulled something, i get little sharp pains here and then also it cracks sometimes.it feels better after i wake up but then later it starts hurting again.

quadroplegic cousin

My cousin told me that quadriplegia is also known as tetraplegia. He has it, and he developed heart complications. It happened when his spinal cord was injured above the level of the fifth cervical vertebrae. Now I wonder if that is common problem in quadriplegic patient, or he has more problems...
