What are the reasons for the occurrence of chondromalacia?

Hello, guys. My friend had some problems with constant knee pain. At the end, he was diagnosed with chondromalacia. I would like to know what the reasons are for the occurrence of this disease. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me something more about this. Thank you for replying to my post.

left shoulder hurting

i was walking as i trip and my left shoulder hurts i think i must have pulled something, i get little sharp pains here and then also it cracks sometimes.it feels better after i wake up but then later it starts hurting again.

quadroplegic cousin

My cousin told me that quadriplegia is also known as tetraplegia. He has it, and he developed heart complications.
