Toe joint arthritis

I have arthritis in my big toe with pain, stiffness and swelling. My podiatrist said I would need scraping of the bone joint due to very little cartalidge left or possibly a joint replacement. Wondering if this is successful and if there are any long-term problems.

lumps on upper sides of heel

Hello. I have a problem. This winter I was wearing shoes that gave me blisters on upper sides of heels, but I get blisters form every shoes. Then blisters disappeared and after a while little lumps on the same spots (upper sides of heels) appeared. Has anyone any idea what this might be?
