fluid after arthoscopic knee surgery

I had arthscopic knee surgery 14 days ago and everything seemed fine. Now my knee and behind the knee has swollen and I had ultrasound to rule out dvt. They found out that I have fluid behind the back of my knee. Is there any treatment for this and why did I have this problem

Ok, for a few weeks now I have this pain in my left foot, especially when I walk...it's in the ball of my foot, sometimes it feels like there's a little marble in there...I can really feel pain if I lift my #2 toe (next to big toe) up.Weird thing is, occassionally the pain is almost completely gone...

Osteoprosis

My physician prescribed me aledronate for treatment of osteoprosis. I was diagnosed severe osteoprosis several weeks ago, by bmd test. I had no symptoms before that. I’m 56 and am in menopause for about a year. I’d like to hear what your experiences with aledronate are. Thanks.
