What are usual complications of Acrocephalosyndactyly?

I would appreciate any insights you all have on this. I need to know more about the many complications that are apparently caused by it. I heard that one problem is that many surgeries are required to fix issues that Acrocephalosyndactyly patients have. What are those issues? Please do tell me!

burning pain

in tae kwon do a couple days ago i was sparring and was kicked pretty hard in the right rib cage. it hurts when touched and when i breathe or move. there is little bruising and no swelling, but i now have a dip in my rib where i was kicked that isn't on my left. and what should i do if it is.
