I have tingling sensation in my right arm and over the shoulder to the upper part of back. My neck is little sensitive and it hurts when I try to stretch. I‘ve been feeling like this for almost a week now. I don’t know what to do. Should I just keep calm of this requires medical attention?

Left wrist Ganglion pains

I have a Ganglion on my left wrist, and now one is forming on my right wrist, and it hurts allot when i do as much as move my left wrist. I am only 12 so my doctor does not recommend any surgery on it. I am really tired or having my wrist hurt so much. If any of you have any ideas of how to help...
