My Shoulder Hurts

Hi, I have such a problem with my shoulder. The joint hurts me if I move suddenly, before I didn’t notice it was there and now I am feeling down because of constant pain.

lump on calf

I have a lump in my calf muscle that I suspect is an inflamed muscle of some kind. Will this go away on its own, or should I see a doctor and get informed about physiotherapy or medication? Are there any folks with similar experiences around here? I am looking forward to some replies.
