My feet are hurting

dangers of loose screw in metal plate for fractured clavicle

I think one of the screws in my metal plate is loose because I think I can feel it moving around (when I get out of bed etc.) Is this possible? Should I be concerned? What are the dangers? Thank you?

rib cage narrowed?

Hello, my partner gave me an extremely hard "bear hug" yesterday. Now my ribs are of course in pain, I'm convinced the ribs have moved inwards (the rib cage looks narrower). Is this all in my head and if not then would the rib cage return to its previous position?

I got hit in lower back ribs?

In football I got hit directly in the lower back ribs by someone's shoulder pads during tackeling drills. :-( I heard a crack and there was/ is very bad pain, but the trainer or school nurse don't know what the matter is, if it is cracked ribs or just bruised. WHAT SHOULD I DO? %-)
