Pain and popping in joint a year after a team and run

I had a ream and run done over a year ago and it now has loud and painful popping and I have major weakness in the joint.I'm back on disability and seeing a physical therapist but in major pain the day after.I'm a my wits end and want so bad to go back to normal use of my arm.thanks.
