Started from age 11 o felt problem in my eyes ..feeling that eyes lashes are heavy then moved to neck i have to move neck to make crack sound then it goes wrist shoulder knee and now it is in all join i cant relax cant sit till  i cant stand longer there is feeling of flares then making me to crack joint some time it get wrose ..plz tell of some one has same problem or solution for this hell lile feeling
