Hammer toe Surgery and it looks like one of the pins is working its way out of toe

I had hammer toe surgery with stitches and pins 4 weeks ago. The removal of Pins and stitches is on Thursday but it looks like one of the pins is working it's way out of toe. Does this happen because I can't imagine going through this procedure again and am concerned?????

I’ve been getting pain in my leg when I’m not even hurt

I’ve been getting pain in my leg when I’m not even hurt. The pain stays for at least 5 mins and goes. It comes back like 3 hours later. Appreciate if someone would explain or give me advice to help the pain go away :)
