osteoarthritis of the neck and sinus problems

I have been diagnosed with sever osteoarthritis of my cervical spine, into the thorasic spine. This was 3 months ago. I have been having sinus problems and I feel like my throat is closing up. I've taken sinus medications, but it does not help. Could this be from the osteoarthritis?

It has been 3 1/2weeks since my bunion surgery and my foot is still swollen. I know this is normal but where the metatarsals were skrewed together it is noticeably wider than my right foot. Is this going to go back to normal or is it going to stay like this because of it being infused together?
