i recently have recovered from a 3 months of pnuemonia, in which i broke a sternum bone from coughing...just this past week i was in a headon car crash. and the airbags broke another bone in my sternum.Like many of you will i have to live with it? my doctor didn't sasy that at the emergency dept.I know taking a deep breath or laying on my side hurts. I did try a cream which is water soluble called ARNICA and can be found at the health food stores. it helps a little but not the releif we wish for. i wish you luckLet me know if it works for you :-D blessings >;)
