Nipple liquid and not pregnant

I'm not pregnant but when I squeeze my nipples a little bit of clear liquid comes out, also my breast ain't sore.. I'm not on birth control and I'm not taking any medication...I've checked for lumps also but none were found.. can someone help me out to whats going on???

lump on breast not cancer

Please remind me what the deal is with breast cancer. I know that there are benign and malign lumps in breasts, and one of them hurts and the other does not. So is cancer painless or painful? Because There is a small lump in my breast that doesn't hurt, and I am wondering if I should be worried.

I'm 17 years old, and I'm already self-concious enough as it is... I can't even look at myself in a mirror because I see small pimples on both areolas, and when I pop them, pus comes out yes, but they don't go away. On my bum, I have red bumps kind of like razor burn all over both butt cheeks....
