I'm not pregnant but when I squeeze my nipples a little bit of clear liquid comes out, also my breast ain't sore.. I'm not on birth control and I'm not taking any medication...I've checked for lumps also but none were found.. can someone help me out to whats going on???

you haven't mentioned how old are you? Whether you have been pregnant before? Any lumps in the breast? Did you attempt self-examination of the breast? Does breast tissue feel different during examination?
