i woke up this morning, got into the shower and saw black spots on my nipple('%-)'). The night before, my nipple was really itchy, i think my nipple itself has gone a bot darker as well. its not all that sore but irritated, i really don't no what to do(':'(')? i don't want to bring my breast out in front of a doctor, i don't really like them. my mum suggests i go, but I'm not going to.
i really need help? please can i have some? :'(
