Bleeding from breast

I was having a bath when my left nipple started bleeding. I am 28 years old and have no lumps in my breast. I am also 21 weeks pregnant. When the bleeding stopped, there was no mark to be found and no scab. Should I be worried?

Lately I have noticed that ny right breast is much bigger than my left. I give myself routine breast examines(I am 43 & have not had a mamogram) and have never found a lump. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
