I smoked yesterday but I have a test in 22 days

I weigh 160 and not too athletic except for typical chasing my daughter but i ssmoked yesterday and have a ppossible test in 22 days when i see my p.o am i screwed ? Smokings out of the question from now on im sure but it sucks i love weed
