eyelashes implant

I am very sensitive about my eyelashes. Well, I feel insulted when they tell me that I have short eyelashes but it is true. I always wanted to look like those puppies with long eyelashes. I want to do cosmetic surgery, to put eyelash implant. Is there such a thing?

I was never told to stay away from vitamin C because it causes scarring! In fact, I have been taking it a lot before the surgery - so now what can be done??? Also, I cannot find out anywhere if exposure to the sun is okay. What about tanning beds? When is all this okay to do in moderation?
