Waking up in the middle of the night with loud buzzing sound

Sometimes i would wake up randomly in the middle of the night with this really loud buzzing sound in my ears? Does anyone else have this problem? What can i do to fix it ? It's scary sometimes.

Weight gain as Implant side effect?

My friend is on the implant and was told that nothing could stop it. The thing is since she has had the implant she has gone from 8stone to 11stone. Would gaining weight stop the implant and would it be a side effect of the implant to gain weight? x x
