Face lift lip problem, my bottom lip is swollen and I look silly when I eat

Had a mid face and neck lift 5 months ago my mouth distorted and swollen on one side of bottom lip when I eat I look silly my mouth doesn't seem to be even will this improve the left side ear still numb has anyone had this and can anything help.
