how can I get rid of strech marks which i got after giving b

In 2007 I had a baby. In the last 3 months of pregnancy strech marks appeared in my tummy. Now a year passed but these stubborn stretch marks never fade out. I use moisturasers, no effect at all. I know about laser treatment. it is too expensive. is there any other way to get rid of strech marks?
