I have been Bipolar since 2000. I have been on so many different meds What is the best one for a long term depression ? I have tried Zoloft, Prozack and others.   dejolane

I had shoulder surgery a week ago. I am done with my antibiotics a the surgeon said I don't need anymore. Is it ok to smoke marijuana? is there any chance for infection?
