So, as far back as I can remember I have over worried about pretty much everything in my life. From big things to rather small subtle things that normal people would not think twice about (always filling up my gas to full tank so i wont run out) Over the past few months I have had a few random physical symptoms on and off. Stomach and abdominal pains, sometimes blurry visions, aches and shooting short pains all over      my body and on and off back pain and chest pain, just to name a few. I feel like every week I am at the doctors or the hospital for a new random symptom that I get. I have a part time job and am currently seeking a full time one but am afraid to because I feel chronically ill. I can't concentrate on things I used to love and all I do us google different symptoms to try and figure out what the heck is wrong with me! I wan't to go get a full body MRI done just to get some peace of mind but I don't want to sound like a crazy person...does anyone out there have similar symptoms at all? I need someone out there to reach out, because frankly I feel really alone and need some guidance and help...anyone out there like me?

This is going to sound really bad but you could be making it worse by looking the symptoms up because you'll see something they can be linked too look at that and then pick up more symptoms. I'm not saying you don't have any physical symptoms but it might be in your head and I don't mean it in a " your crazy " way tell your doctor how you feel and everything your worried about they will be able to offer better advice :) hope this helps

Literally the exact same thing happened to me and I was seeing specialists all over the place, you've got anxiety and anxiety has over 100 physical symptoms that you really wouldn't think were even slightly related. It feels real scary but I'm sure youre okay, get checked out for the anxiety though!
