Is it lung cancer? And why would they go through the nose to look for a mass?

My grandmother is 77 and recently went to the hospital. She was coughing up blood. The found a mass on her lung. She has never smoked before. But, we can't figure out why they are going through nose? My question is why are they going through her nose and is it necessarly cancer?

my gf did a stomach cancer test few days ago. It was positive according to the laboratory. When she coughs blood comes from her mouth or sometimes blood comes from nose. This happens twice or thrice a day. When she is depressed she feels pain in her heart and breathing problem tool. She also faints...

found a testicle lump, just had a ultra sound done, cant wait for results

about a month ago i found a lump on the top of my right testicle, so i had a ultra sound done today and when she was done i looked on her screen and saw she named the file thyroid, what does this mean i googled thyroid and testicle lump and have gotten vague results.

irritable bowel or ovarian cancer?

I have been diagnosed with IBS .My friend has suggested that i get it re-checked as ovarian cancer is sometimes mis-diagnosed as IBS. My stomach is swollen all the time . Is this one of the symptons?
