I had two moles removed off of my back this morning. One of them is really bothering me now. My question is if it is soppoused to bother me after they are removed. When I asked my doctor this morning she said that it will not hurt. It feels very tense and is throbbing. Is this normal?

I have a very small redish lump on my scrotum just under the base of my penis, does anybody have any idea what it could be? i hate going to the doctor about this type of thing. the lump doesn't hurt when unless i squeeze it, i tried squeezing it but a small red dot came up as if it was blood.
