PLEASE ADVISE ON BACK CANCER SIGNS

I HAVE IN THE PAST BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH OSTEOPORISIS. BUT THE PAIN OF LATE IS SO INTENSE NO MATTER WHAT MY DAILY ACTIVITIES ARE. I HAVE HEARD OF AND HAVE HAD HISTORY IN FAMILY ALTHOUGH NOT IMMEDIATE OF BACK CANCER AND WAS WONDERING HOW YOU TEST FOR THIS AND WHAT THE SYMPTONS ARE. THANK YOU
