I'm really worried I discovered a small little sore Tender lump on my soft pallet close to the very Back upper gums. I know it's not an abscess because I have no molar there. And it's on the Soft pallet area. I can't stop messing with it that Now it feels swollen. I'm so worried it might be something bad. It's perfectly round and smooth Texture. Has anyone had this??
