Hi:

Think about this....Not knowing what's going on with your body has got to be worse than knowing. Your imagination can suggest many horrible ideas. However, if you only have one difficult disease or idea to cope with, that's got to be better. Once you know what you're dealing with, you can put a recovery plan into action. Right now, you can only worry. That can't feel good. In addition, you have no end date to your worries. Seek out support from a friend or family member who can walk with you thru this. The stress of not knowing is probably aggravating your situation. With your support person, call a doctor and then follow-thru by going to the appointment and all subsequent appointments. You can do it. What you can't do is continue in this nightmare of guesswork. Let me know how it goes for you.

Lower back pain and bloated abdomen may also be caused by ovarian cancer. The early signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer are often non-specific and easily can be missed by the doctor. It is my personal opinion that a female doctor is more sensitive to a female patient's needs than a male doctor. Therefore, I suggest that you get a second opinion from a female doctor.
