I Have Trouble Hearing...

I listen to very loud music, I admit it. I crank up my mp3 to max volume and same with the radio. Plus it's heavy metal and rock. I've noticed that on my mp3 player, I could hear music at volume 10, but now I can't hear it at all. Should I go see a doctor, or is it normal?
