I feel dizzy and lightheaded lately and today I’ve experienced ears ringing. What is wrong with me? I tend to see a doctor, but it is possible that is from exhaustion? It is been hard month for me at work.

Ear ache, it feels like I'm having a water in my ears all the time

I get extreme pain in my left ear when I sneeze.  I have to hold my ear tightly when I am sneezing. If I do not hold my ear the pain is so severe it brings me to my knees.   What causes this?
