I have a lump on the left side of my neck where the lymph nodes are. No pain in that area. Hypersensitive to the left face. Pulse in my ear about 75% of the day. Google has me concerned. I had a CT years ago to find nothing abnormal. The pulse in my ear has been in the last few months. I have seen a doctor and I’m awaiting to have an ultrasound done. On exam the doctor said my eardrum looked to be “displaced” a little. No signs of infection. Does anyone know what this could be?
