I'm having pain in my ears, severe sensitivity to sound, echoing of noises with severe ringing, when I talk it echoes and feels like i'm under water, i'm disoriented and having headaches and fatigue

from my right ear sometimes leeks out clear fluid

So i have the same problem but only with my right ear. Sometimes it leeks out clear fluid ,it is kinda itchy and it build up some kind of wax. What should i do ? I read somewhere and it said that it is just my ear being wayyy too dry . Is it true ?
