somehing weird in my ear

i have this weird thing i my ear and it squishy but its not a pimple i know that and theres this liquid on it and if i scratch it just a little i have a very tiny bit of blood on my finger i dont know what it is and what to do with it.

Hi, ive been haveing ear/jaw discomfort for a few years now. It doesnt really hurt but just kinda aggrivating. I am trying to find out more about the pathology of Alport syndrome. I understand that the hearing of a Alport syndrome patient can be damaged as a direct result of the disease. That surprised me somewhat. Is this true? And can anyone tell me more about the process in which this happens? Thanks.
