Ears popping, dizzyness, blackouts, shakes

The prob has gotten consistantly worse over the last 3 mo. I feel fine when I wake up,(7:00) but by 11:00 my ears pop, I get VERY dizzy,get the shakes, and sometimes black out. This happens after I eat for sure (1:00).
