Any idea what might be wrong with me?

Anxiety and dizziness

I am 18 years old and I had an anxiety attack on my way downtown on the train . My heart started beating fast and it felt like everybody on the train was talkin loud. As it was wearing off I started to get bad chest pains . The next day I've been light headed and dizzy. What can be the problem ?

Pituitary gland is not working. I am a 51 female

I had cortizone injection in my knees 3 weeks ago and now I have been diagnosed by my Doctor that my pituitary gland got shut off my own body. This is new to me I don't understand what if there is a treatment to turn it back on.
