i had retinal detachment surgery and my eye stil has siliconoil in it. will i be able to get back to sports and training after the treatment is done?

Is it common that someone who had neurological problems in past develops vision problems. My grandma had very mild stroke and first they thought there are no consequences but it seems that affected her vision. She doesn’t see very well on her right eye since then.

My Eyelid
