Concern of another Retina problem

I had a "wrinkle" in my retina 2 yrs. ago and surgery to repair it at that time. One yr. ago I had catarac surgery in the same eye. My vision is still blurry and now I notice when I look at a straight line with that eye the line looks bent. Could this be another retina problem?
