i noticed last night my son had a blister on his elbow over top of a recent scar due to a fall but this morning the blister has doubled in size and still growing what cause it and how do i get rid of it that if i should as he is only 6 years old and wont let me touch it

hi, my eyelid has been swollen for 5 months now and it gets watery sometimes. I have been to many eye doctors and even had a cat scan! I am on vitamn supplements, but before I was anti biotics becuase they thought it was pink eye, but it wasn't. what do you think it may be?
