my left lower eyelids twitch throughout the day

Glaucoma disease along with myopia and astigmatism, I don't have peripheral vision loss

I was diagnosed with glaucoma 3 yrs back , I'm 18 yrs old , I aslo have astigmatism nd myopia in d left eye nd only myopia in d right eye. The doctor said I hav 70 percent glaucoma in d left eye nd 50 percent glaucoma in d right eye but I don't believe him cause I have no pheripheral vision loss ....

white thing inside bottom eyelid
