Are you still eating them and what's left? I had another turkey sandwich for dinner and I'm having a piece of pumpkin pie in about 5 minutes. Everything else is gone, though.

Snack food that i can eat during the day?

can anyone suggest snack food to "graze" on during the day that won't haunt me during my runs? I'm thinking antiatkins here and want high carb suggestions. I have a good granola recipe...any other suggestions?

you know, nuts -- like peanuts, walnuts, almonds, madademia, brazil, filbert, cashew, pistachio, what are you hooked on?? i love salted almonds. smokehouse almonds are addictive. don't you love nuts??? sometimes i feel like one..sometimes i don't.
