Ercp Gallstones

Hi, I had endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) few days ago, and a physician told me that I have gallstones. The only thing I know about them, is that they are made of hardened liquid stored in the gallbladder. Can anyone tell me something more about it?

I had my gall bladder removed a year ago and would like to start with Cholacol II - I don't want to start until I learn what are the side effects are. I seem to have diarrhea only in the mornings after breakfast... no matter what I eat, even plain toast and black tea. I end up in the bathroom...
